Hello + welcome to our ninth collective mission. In this mission, we're teaming up with the CDC to use + share numerous resources to support wellbeing, build resilience, + cope with the stress of the past year.

❤️ Let’s share positive steps for improved emotional health - Based on how you are right now, explore the resources + techniques compiled by the CDC. Try a few for yourself + then share the link with your communities via text, email, or social media. When sharing, use your own words + speak from the heart to communicate why this is important.

☎️ P.S. Call (or text) to cope. Did you know Virginia has a “Warmline?” Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, the Virginia C.O.P.E.S. Warmline was created to connect Virginians with counselors available to chat + extend coping resources. Utilize + share this free resource for more personal support. 🗓 On July 16th, 2021, Mission 9 email was delivered to 3,926 Ambassadors.

⛑️ Within the first week, mission overview received over 2,400 views. This is in addition to the activity on the "How Right Now" website.

Ambassadors rated this mission 4.75 out of 5 in terms of being helpful to their communities. In addition to using the resources for their own emotional health, Ambassadors shared the CDC's "How Right Now" website with family, friends and peers in a collective effort to emphasize mental self-care.
